The paint employs advanced nanotechnology to form a barrier, preventing water infiltration. Its alkali-resistant coating offers a long-lasting, durable, and attractive finish. Whether your surface is chalky or previously patched, this paint ensures a flawless look.

Easy Application and Coverage

Apply this paint to properly prepared and cured surfaces. Suitable for both above and below grade areas like basement walls, masonry walls, retaining walls, cinder and concrete blocks, stucco, and brick. Note that it should not be used on floors or on walls with active water leaks.

For optimal results, use a high-quality 1/2”-3/4” nap roller, 4” nylon/polyester brush, or an airless sprayer delivering 2200-3200 PSI with a 0.023”-.025” spray tip. Before painting, prime all uncoated, patched, chalky, and adjacent wood or metal surfaces with KILZ Premium Primer. For below grade applications, fill all holes and cracks with hydraulic cement first.

Ensure Optimal Coverage

A minimum of two coats are recommended for best results. This 1-gallon can covers 75 to 125 square feet per coat, depending on surface porosity.

Dries Quickly

This paint dries to the touch in just one hour and can be re-coated in four hours, depending on humidity.
