It effectively blocks out water, smoke, tannin, ink, pencil, crayon, graffiti, and grease stains. The primer dries to the touch in 30 minutes and may be topcoated after 1 hour with any oil-base or latex paint.

Recommended for interior use, this primer can be applied to drywall, plaster, wood, masonry, brick, painted metal, and glossy surfaces. It may be tinted with up to 2 oz. of universal colorant. Covering an area of 300 to 400 sq. ft. per gallon, the coverage depends on the texture and porosity of the surface. The product can be applied with a brush, roller, or sprayer, and should not be thinned.
